1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
- You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Costs and Options
- Free shipping on orders over $50 within the United States.
- For orders under $50, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
- International shipments may be subject to additional fees or import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Shipping within the United States: 3-7 business days.
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Estimated times are subject to potential delays due to weather, logistics, or customs.
4. Customer Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase.
- If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
- Andes Colombian Coffee is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned due to address issues, we will contact the customer to arrange reshipment, which may incur additional charges.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery progress.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive within the estimated time frame:
- Check the tracking status using the provided tracking number.
- Ensure that the shipping address provided is correct.

7. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is not received, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the package and the affected product, so we can find a solution.
